What does Mint Certified mean?

Every Mint device is inspected and tested by our technicians across connectivity, audio, camera, display, sensors, and buttons, then sanitized and data wiped before it is graded and listed. Mint Certified means it is fully functional, genuine, and ready to use out of the box.

What is the difference between Premium, Excellent, Good, and Fair?

Every grade is fully functional.The grade refers only to the device’s cosmetic condition.These are our four cosmetic grades. Premium, is like new with no visible marks. Excellent, has only micro-marks invisible past 20 cm. Good, has light wear invisible at arm's length. Fair, shows visible wear but is fully functional and tested.

Are the devices unlocked?

Yes. Every device is carrier unlocked and works with any provider, unless a listing states otherwise.

Do you sell new devices?

We specialize in certified pre-owned devices, fully tested and warranty-backed, so you get today's technology for hundreds less than new.

Warranty and Returns

What warranty comes with my device?

Every device includes a 1-year warranty. Any replacement device is covered by a 90-day warranty starting from the replacement date.

How do I add MintCare+?

MintCare+ is our extended protection plan, providing coverage for cracked screens and accidental damage. It can be added on the product page or during checkout. Visit the MintCare+ Warranty page for full coverage details.

What is your return policy?

Devices may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. They must be returned in their original packaging, factory reset, and cleared of all personal data. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders arrive within 1 to 2 business days across Canada.

Is shipping free?

Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over $50.

Do you ship outside Canada?

We currently ship within Canada only.
