What steps are taken to make these devices Certified Pre-Owned?

TESTED ACROSS 6 AREAS

Before a device earns a Mint grade, it has to work. Every certified pre-owned phone goes through a full functional inspection across six areas. A device that fails any one of them does not get listed.

Connectivity
Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are verified, and we place live test calls to confirm the connection holds.

Audio
Microphone, earpiece, and loudspeaker are checked so calls sound clear on both ends.

Camera
Front and rear cameras, lenses, flash, and video capture are all tested for correct function.

Display
The screen and touch layer are inspected for dead pixels, and every gesture is confirmed to register.

Sensors
Light, gyroscope, accelerometer, and every other included sensor are tested for accurate response.

Buttons and Menu Keys
Each button and key is pressed and checked individually.

Only once a device clears all six do we grade its cosmetic condition as Premium, Excellent, Good, or Fair.

Do Certified Pre-Owned Devices come with a warranty?

The warranty is 1 year when you purchase a CPO. If your device was sent as a warranty replacement, your warranty is 90 days from the date of replacement. Or Please contact us for more details.

What is Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) device?

It’s a device that’s as good as new, fully functional, and 100% awesome. Completely restored, CPO are minimally used devices which have been completely restored. So they look like new overall, but they might have minor marks or scuffs visible upon close inspection only. They are thoroughly tested. These devices are data wiped, then thoroughly tested by qualified technicians. We sanitize, fully wipe, factory reset and professionally test each of these devices. They are fully functional, unlocked, safe and ready to use.
