Your Mint Warranty

Every phone we sell comes with a 1-year warranty at no extra cost. It's active from the day your phone arrives — nothing to buy, nothing to register. If your device fails on its own, we'll repair or replace it.

What's covered: The warranty protects against hardware that fails on its own: the battery, charging port and buttons; cameras, speakers and microphones; Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and cellular; and screen or Face ID defects.

What's not covered: Accidental damage (drops, cracks, spills), lost or stolen phones, cosmetic damage on a phone that still works, pre-existing damage, damage from repairs done outside Mint, normal battery wear, and lost accessories.

How long you're covered: One full year from your date of purchase. Coverage is automatic.

How to claim: You deal with Mint directly — no third-party insurer. Contact us, then bring your device to our counter at 5200 rue Paré in Montréal or mail it in. We'll confirm your coverage and repair or replace it.
