All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
2. SHIPPING RATES
Free standard shipping on every order over $50. Orders under $50 are charged a flat rate of $9.99. Final shipping and handling is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
3. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Estimated delivery times vary by destination:
Quebec, Ontario, and Atlantic Provinces: 1 to 3 business days
Rest of Canada: 3 to 7 business days

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your Purolator tracking number so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

CPO devices can be returned or exchanged 30 days from the date of purchase at the customers expense. All phones must be shipped back in it’s original package, completely wiped of all information and factory reset.

TESTED ACROSS 6 AREAS
Before a device earns a Mint grade, it has to work. Every certified pre-owned phone goes through a full functional inspection across six areas. A device that fails any one of them does not get listed.
Connectivity
Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are verified, and we place live test calls to confirm the connection holds.
Audio
Microphone, earpiece, and loudspeaker are checked so calls sound clear on both ends.
Camera
Front and rear cameras, lenses, flash, and video capture are all tested for correct function.
Display
The screen and touch layer are inspected for dead pixels, and every gesture is confirmed to register.
Sensors
Light, gyroscope, accelerometer, and every other included sensor are tested for accurate response.
Buttons and Menu Keys
Each button and key is pressed and checked individually.
Only once a device clears all six do we grade its cosmetic condition as Premium, Excellent, Good, or Fair.
