SHIPPING POLICY
1. ORDER PROCESSING All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY Shipping and handling fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. A flat shipping rate of $9.99 applies to all phone orders, unless free shipping is offered.
3. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES Estimated delivery times vary by location:
- Quebec, Ontario and Atlantic Provinces: 1–3 business days
- Rest of Canada: 3–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier conditions or circumstances beyond our control.
4. ORDER TRACKING Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your Purolator tracking number so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.
5. ONLINE RETURNS — RETURN SHIPPING For eligible returns on pre-owned cellphones purchased online, a Purolator return shipping label will be provided at no charge. Please refer to our Warranty, Returns & Refund Policy for full return conditions.
6. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING At this time, Mint Telecom ships within Canada only.
